Assistance Applications

TOPSS Assistance Information

TOPSS provides support to individuals and families in the Talawanda School District. While we can’t guarantee assistance, we will do our best to help within our resources. If we’re unable to assist, we’ll connect you with other helpful resources.

​   Eligibility Requirements:

  • Lived in the Oxford/Talawanda School District for at least 6 months

  • Household income below 125% of the federal poverty guideline

  • Required verification documents provided

  • Household has or will have income to cover future expenses

Note: All payments are made directly to vendors or utility companies. TOPSS does not offer cash assistance or direct pay to clients.

For any non-food pantry needs, please complete the Assistance Application. Read the form carefully. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, consider asking a friend or family member to review it with you. If you’d like help from a staff member, call us at 513-523-5859.

Be sure to sign up for food pantry services if you are having a difficult time keeping enough food or hygiene in your household.
